By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products, Pricing, Quotes, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information about our products and services, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, samples, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Natural stone and material variation. Granite, marble, quartz, and other natural and engineered materials vary in color, veining, pattern, shade, and finish. Photographs and samples shown on the Site or in our showrooms are representative only, and the material installed in your home or project may differ from what is shown online or in a sample. We encourage you to view and approve the actual slab or material before fabrication.
Quotes and estimates. Any prices, quotes, or estimates provided through the Site or in response to an inquiry are estimates only, are not binding offers, and are subject to a final measurement, material selection, and a written agreement. The terms of any actual purchase, fabrication, or installation will be governed by a separate quote, order, contract, and any applicable product or workmanship warranty provided to you, which control over any general information on the Site.
Visualizer and Design Tools
Our Site may offer visualizer tools and other design aids to help you preview materials and finishes. These tools are provided for general illustrative purposes only. Colors and appearances shown depend on your screen and other factors and may not accurately represent the final installed product. They do not constitute a guarantee of appearance, fit, or suitability.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, your use of that service is also subject to the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and you can reply HELP or contact us for assistance.
User Submissions
If you submit content to us or post about us, such as reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or project details ("Submissions"), you grant Granco Granite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing. We are not obligated to use or display any Submission and may remove content at our discretion.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and Entire Agreement
