We have used Granco for several jobs in 2 different homes. In both homes we used them for counter tops in our kitchens, living room built-ins as well as countertops in remodeled bathrooms. The granite is beautiful and the customer service, from doing the template right on through to delivery and installation, has been superb. Wouldn't use any other company.

Stephanie Barns was professional and efficient from our first visit. We’re not quick decision makers, but she demonstrated patience and understanding in answering our many questions. She kept us informed throughout the process and her responses to our questions were always detailed and timely. In short, she’s the reason we selected Granco!
Our installers, Michael and Chip, were further confirmation that we’d made the right decision. I watched them through every step of the process and was very impressed. They wasted no time and left no detail unattended (including rinsing the dust off my car!). I was full of questions and they eased every concern. I would like to express how pleased we are with Granco Granite, We are in a new home that we love, Always some issues with new builds, I had to call Granco to do a repair, with out hesitation I was on their calendar for repair asap, They showed up on time, the service men that came where very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Granco Granite in McDonough. My husband and I searched high and low for a granite company that would not only have a great selection of granite, quartz, etc. but would also be courteous and helpful. Well, we found all of the above and more at Granco. Debi was so helpful and informative and made this process seamless and stress free. Benito and his crew were timely, professional, and personable and our new countertops are fabulous!!

We happened upon Granco when we were shopping around for granite countertops - and we couldn’t have been happier. Debbie was our consultant and was fantastic to work with, friendly and very helpful. Our installers (Julio was the main guy) were just as great - timely, polite & explained every step of the way. They were very efficient with the kitchen counters & under mount sink (3 pictures with white cabinets) and the bath vanity (which included 2 under mount sinks). Our agreed upon timeline was met with no issues. We will definitely be back when we renovate the guest bath. Thanks to everyone at Granco - you’ve made this portion of our renovation painless! Granco did a great job fabricating the countertops and the installers did a fabulous job with the installation. They worked clean and were very professional. I think his name was Julio.
Debi made the order process painless and pleasant. We also had the vanity top in the master bath done and this was great, as well.
